Alpine crime thriller 'Leinenzwang'

Early summer in Tyrol: Things are heating up in Üblach. Disputes over construction work, a stubborn dog, and old feuds are poisoning the atmosphere. Vroni Obergmainer is hired as a gardener by Countess Leonore—and immediately stumbles upon a mysterious death. Excavator operator Tom dies under mysterious circumstances, followed shortly thereafter by the quarrelsome ex-officer Quirin Pelz. Coincidence or cold-blooded murder? Together with Chief Inspector Dr. Grünfels, Vroni picks up the trail. Amidst quirky villagers, family disputes, and a headstrong Great Dane, a truth soon comes to light that goes deeper than expected.
