High above Aurach, directly at the entrance to the Wildpark, lies the Branderhofstube. This cosy, typically Tyrolean inn not only attracts guests with its sun terrace and magnificent view over the Kitzbühel mountains, but also with its excellent cuisine and hospitality.

Pink roasted saddle of venison wrapped in bacon with chanterelle sauce | spaetzle | red cabbage | cranberries
Tender venison loin medallions in a golden-brown bacon coat, accompanied by a tantalising chanterelle sauce. Served with fluffy spaetzle, hearty red cabbage and fruity cranberries. A harmonious fusion of flavours and textures to delight palates.
Whether before, after or without a visit to the game park - the selection of local delicacies from Wildkäsekrainer to ribbon noodles with venison bolognese to Pulled Pork Burger and spinach dumplings is an experience for every palate. By the way, the herbs grow right outside the door: in the hotel's own herb garden with over 30 different varieties.
Located directly at the entrance to the Aurach Wildlife Park, the Branderhofstube impresses with its cosy Tyrolean style as well as the spacious sun terrace and panoramic view of the Kitzbühel Alps. After major renovation work, the new Stüberl with panoramic views of the Kitzbühel Alps has also been open since June 2023 and invites guests to enjoy regional and seasonal specialities.
