Kitzbühel Boutique Festival
The Sound | Escape Boutique Festival will take place for the third time from 20 to 22 March 2026, combining electronic music with alpine lifestyle amidst a variety of stages on the mountain and in the valley. The festival kicks off on Friday, 20 March, at the Kitzbüheler Horn, where the ‘Alpine Stage Kitzbüheler Horn’ at the Alpenhaus will open the festival weekend. The programme will be complemented by additional stages at participating establishments, both on the mountain and in the valley, providing further musical highlights.
On Saturday, 21 March, the festival continues its journey: various stages on the mountain invite visitors to celebrate, including the Alpine Stage Hahnenkamm at the Sonnenrast, before the action moves back down to the valley. Sunday, 22 March, rounds off the weekend with selected stages and a musical finale. Admission is free (excluding the admission fee for the Bergbahn AG Kitzbühel and entry to Aquarena Kitzbühel).
Opening hours & operating breaks
For festival guests who do not ski and only want to attend Sound | Escape, discounted tickets are available at the ticket office on site: EUR 20.00 for a return trip (up & down). These tickets are valid only on that day and only for the respective lift, and can be purchased only at the respective ticket office.

Some venues are accessible. However, due to the alpine location, not all areas are fully accessible. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
The full timetable will be published on our website and on our social media channels in good time before the festival.
There are numerous locations both on the mountain and in the valley. A main stage in the town centre is not planned. This year, there will be the Alpine Stage Horn at the Alpenhaus and the Alpine Stage Hahnenkamm at the Sonnenrast.
Please note that some locations can only be reached by gondola.
You will need to purchase a ticket – we recommend buying your ticket online.
Don’t worry!
Most venues on the mountain can easily be reached on foot. The only thing you need is a gondola ticket to get up the mountain. The venues in the valley are located in Kitzbühel town centre.
Our venues accept cash and card payments. However, due to unpredictable Wi-Fi in the mountains, we advise bringing enough cash to avoid any payment issues.
The easiest way to reach our mountain venues is by lift. For convenience, we recommend purchasing your ticket online with KitzSki. Alternatively, you may opt to remain in the town centre and join the party later.
Do you need accommodation?
Explore the options here to ensure you make the most of the festival experience across all three days.
You can choose to arrive by train or by car.
If you opt for the train, exit at the Hahnenkamm Station. You'll find yourself directly at the gondola, and only 5 mins from the town centre.
Alternatively, if you're driving, we suggest parking at either the Hahnenkamm car park (charges apply) or the Pfarrau car park (free of charge).

Whatever the weather, the festival will take place and we will all have a good time.
To ensure the best possible experience for all guests, venues may limit entry when necessary.
At the Alpine Stage Horn in the Alpenhaus, seating is available on a first come, first served basis.
