The perfect place to let off some steam

Slides, swings, climbing walls, seesaws and sandpits – Kitzbühel’s playgrounds offer children so many ways to satisfy their thirst for action that we couldn’t possibly list them all here. While the kids let off steam, parents can sit back, relax and take a breather on comfortable benches that allow them to keep an eye on the entire playground while enjoying the stunning surroundings.

A tip from us: Playing makes your kids hungry and thirsty. A well-filled backpack is recommended.

A small overwiew of what awaits your children

Playground Pfarrau

The Pfarrau playground in Kitzbühel offers all children – according to their personal preferences – plenty of space and opportunities to move around.

Children especially like the snail labyrinth. Who will be the first to find the way to the center? And who comes out first?

They can also play football on the large meadow.

Playground Wagnerstraße

Great play equipment awaits the children at the playground by the fire department. The play options, especially the new climbing frame, were recently adapted.

Funpark Kitzbühel

Thanks to its excellent geometry and easy-to-learn technology, the new pump track promotes motor skills and a desire for movement in users from 2.5 years of age. Children, adolescents and adults are equally motivated to learn and improve new motor skills. Due to the low entry barrier, it is easy to learn how to ride it, has a very inviting character, is fun because of the roller coaster feeling and can be driven on with scooters, roller skates, skateboards and even bikes. A special surface gives grip even when it rains.

Playground at the bottom of Sintersbach waterfall

The playground is situated right at the start of the hike to the Sintersbach waterfall.

Aside from this nice children’s playground, there are also 4 boards along the way describing the mysterious legend of the Sintersbach dragon.
