Michaela and Toni Aufschnaiter run their inn as a family business. Toni as head chef offers with his team as a representative of the "Tyrolean inn culture" a down-to-earth, regional cuisine, for which only local products are used. Home-made products such as the home-distilled schnapps or the bacon smoked in their own smokehouse are particularly popular with guests.

At the entrance to the Aurach Wildlife Park is the Branderhofstube of the Pletzer family, a cozy inn furnished in Tyrolean style with a sun terrace and panoramic views of the Kitzbühel mountains. "Hennleiten" is an old farmhouse whose foundation walls were built in the 16th century. Specialty of the house are the pork steaks.
