The 2023/24 season begins for EC Adler Stadtwerke Kitzbühel on 16 September 2023. Before the starting gun goes off, however, they test the real thing in an "international" test match programme.
Bavarian double as pre-season highlight
Three teams from the same league, the Alps Hockey League, will compete in the test match programme - Sterzing, Linz and Klagenfurt. With Deggendorfer SC, there will be a Bavarian double. The Lower Bavarians operate in the German Oberliga and are among the top teams in the third-highest division with numerous former German national players.

Top teams in the Gamsstadt
In August, three superlative test matches will take place at the Sportpark Kitzbühel. The Adler Mannheim and the Iserlohn Roosters, both from the German ice hockey league, as well as the two domestic top teams, the Black Wings Linz and the ICE champions Red Bull Salzburg will be guests in the Gamsstadt.
