Padel, the world's fastest growing trend sport, has now found a home in Kitzbühel: two state-of-the-art outdoor padel courts are now available on the Reither Wiese. Kitzbühel Tourism is thus offering all sports enthusiasts – locals and guests alike – a new opportunity to experience fun, games and sporting challenges in the open air.
Dr Christian Harisch, Chairman of Kitzbühel Tourism, is delighted with the new offering and sees the opening of the padel facility as another sporting highlight in Kitzbühel. Padel, a mixture of tennis and squash, is easy to learn, promotes fitness and coordination, and is usually played in doubles. From Wednesday, 13 August 2025, the new padel facility will be open daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. The offer is aimed at everyone – from beginners to experienced players. Bookings can be made exclusively via the Playtomic app – quickly, easily and around the clock – and are made on a first-come, first-served basis. Rackets can be hired on site at the Lisi Family Hotel and at Intersport Kitzsport on Jochberger Straße.
Kitzbühel Tourism wishes you a great game and lots of fun on the new padel courts.
