metagonia premiere in Kitzbühel

The premiere of metagonia will take place in Kitzbühel from October 2 to 8, 2023. At this festival, new technologies and creativity will be presented and celebrated. Metagonia - a place where people of all generations can discover, understand as well as use the digital future for themselves and also a place where new technologies are accessible and easy to understand for everyone.

The event will take place in Kitzbühel, Austria, and in the "Digital City Kitzbühel", a virtual copy of Kitzbühel in the Metaversum. On 06 October 2023, the conference will also be livestreamed.

New event format in the Gamsstadt

The aim of metagonia is to promote the digital capabilities of our society by demystifying new technologies such as Artificial Intelligence or Web 3.0.

"Kitzbühel already has AI in its name - with the new event format between avatars and avant-garde, blockchain and mountain world, crypto and cocktails, white sausage and Web3, we demystify the digital future and create a real-life access to modern technology and creativity for all generations," says Peter Becke, president of the organizing committee.

In addition to the paid metagonia conference on 06 and 07 October 2023 at the Hotel Grand Tirolia Kitzbühel and other venues in Kitzbühel, as well as the metagonia party on 06 October 2023 at Rosi's Sonnbergstuben, there is the metagonia Plaza of Sparkasse Kitzbühel. The Plaza is located from 02 to 08 October 2023 in the center, more precisely in the Kitzbühel City Park, and is open to the public. Free side events, a digital art and culture program, and insights into new digital worlds will be offered at the Plaza.

The metagonia program is aimed at everyone who wants to experience the next technological step. There are more than 25 program points in total: Presentations by international personalities, panel discussions, creative application examples, live demos and exchange with a top-class audience around new technologies and creativity.

Tickets for metagonia can be purchased via www.metagonia.org and www.oeticket.at or at all known oeticket advance booking offices, as well as Kitzbühel Tourismus. In addition to a discounted "conference + party" combo ticket, single tickets for the conference or the party are also available. Tickets are offered from EUR 199.00 per person.

The communication agency ComSat Media GmbH with offices in Austria and Germany is the organizer and wants to establish with the metagonia an event format that provides economic momentum in the region and achieves long-term international relevance and media appeal around the digital future of Europe.

On the occasion of the opening of the Digital Future Festival metagonia in Kitzbühel, a press conference will take place on Thursday, 05 October, 2023, from 9.00 to 10.00 am at the metagonia Plaza in the Kitzbühel City Park with Dr. Viktoria Veider-Walser, Managing Director of Kitzbühel Tourism, and Peter Becke, Chief Creative Officer of ComSat Media GmbH and Head of metagonia.
