Regional and international delicacies from market-fresh ingredients are the cornerstones of the kitchen. The theme of culinary art is particularly important in the Kaiserhof, and the ingredients for the dishes are largely sourced from local farms and partly from farmers in the region. Chef Ernst Köstenbaumer and his team conjure up an imperial 5-course gourmet menu every day. The wine cellar not only carries famous names but also exciting discoveries of the winemakers of this world and thus offers numerous alternatives for every taste.
