I'm Johanna Rosa Haas, your yoga trainer, and I offer you varied Hatha Yoga classes with flow elements, Yin Yoga, outdoor yoga, workshops and much more. In my Hatha yoga classes, I combine flowing physical exercises with breathing and meditation. I do not teach a specific style, but let myself be inspired by a variety of yoga directions and surprise you so often with creative details.

No matter if you are a beginner, advanced or peace seeker - come with me on the exciting journey to yourself and be curious! Take part in one of my open yoga classes, intensify your yoga practice with private lessons or practice your inner balance at one of Kitzbühel's most extraordinary places of power, the Erber Kreuz, in picturesque Bichlach.
