Tender salmon trout meets Asian egg noodles, accompanied by a hint of sesame seeds. Crisp wild broccoli and carrot vegetables dance in time with tender baby spinach. A fusion of delicious flavors in every bite.
In keeping with the motto "tradition meets modernity," Steghaus presents a variety of Austrian delicacies, Mediterranean-inspired dishes and current trends. Sustainable enjoyment is the focus, emphasized by naturalness, regionality and seasonality.
How it works:
Marinate filleted & plucked salmon trout fillet with teriyaki, sesame seeds and sea salt. Place in the oven at 180 degrees for 6 minutes. Put the rice noodles in warm water. Heat a hot pan with sesame oil and roast any vegetables in it. Season with salt, pepper and coriander. Add the finished rice noodles to the roasted vegetables in the pan and deglaze with Pad Thai, toss and serve.
The stylish ambience, decorated in warm bronze tones, is equally inviting indoors and outdoors. Unique to Schwarzsee is the lounge area, which is open all year round, as well as the gorgeous terrace directly on the water. Here you can perfectly enjoy the warm sun rays in autumn with an aperitivi or fine glass of wine.
