Autumn Special 2024
Cheese Dumpling Soup
Enjoy a hearty cheese dumpling soup—tender dumplings with flavorful cheese in a clear broth, a true Alpine treat for the palate and soul.
This classic dish brings authentic mountain lodge vibes! For the genuine taste, the cheese dumplings are made with a mix of various Alpine hard cheeses. Regional ingredients are key here as well. Preparing cheese dumplings requires careful attention; otherwise, they might burn while frying or become excessively greasy if not properly shaped. Hochwildalm has perfected this art and serves the cheese dumpling soup to perfection. On warm days, they also pair wonderfully with a crisp salad.
