We are happy to send your favourite items from Kitzbühel worldwide, while stocks are available. For postage in Austria, there is a charge of 5.00 Euro, within the EU it is EUR 10.00 and world-wide the charge is EUR 20.00. The complete, full price for your order includes all additional and postage costs, and is shown at the end of the check-out process. In exceptional cases, a higher amount will be charged when dispatch by postal service is not possible due to the content of the delivery. The amount for this is payable, irrespective of the order value, on top of the postal costs already included for the order.
Goods will be delivered by Post.at or DPD within 30 days. Generally delivery takes 3-10 working days (this is taken from the day after you place your order) and will be sent to the delivery address you have specified. So delivery can be effected without any issues, we would ask you to provide a delivery address where you are contactable during the day. After two unsuccessful attempts to deliver, your package will be returned to us and you will be charged the cost of return.
As the customer, you can withdraw your order without providing any reason, within 14 working days of receipt of goods. Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays are not regarded as working days. When this right is exercised in a timely manner, you are no longer bound to your order. Of relevance for the exercising of the right of withdrawal is the date which the right of withdrawal declaration is made, or when the goods have been sent to us. In the event of customer rescission, goods are to be returned to Kitzbühel Tourismus, Hinterstadt 18, 6370 Kitzbühel immediately - at your own expense.
Rescission can be effected in writing or via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, or by returning the goods to Kitzbühel Tourismus, Hinterstadt 18, 6370 Kitzbühel. Timely return is sufficient to observe this deadline. In the event of return, the direct costs for returning items to Kitzbühel Tourismus are to be met by the customer. Return must be effected within 30 days after the declaration of rescission and goods are to be returned undamaged to the seller. The costs for return are to borne by the individual.
The complaint must be made immediately after receipt of the delivery by e-mail to email@example.com or by telephone at +43 5356 66660. The return to the seller of the undamaged goods is at the expense of the buyer to Kitzbühel Tourism, Hinterstadt 18, 6370 Kitzbühel. Only after receipt can the goods be resent or refunded. Kitzbühel Tourismus reserves the right to refuse a refund in case of damaged or used goods.
