Kitzbühel Tourismus, Kirchberg-Brixen-Westendorf and St. Johann in Tirol are pure intermediaries and all legal declarations are made in the name and for the account of the respective participating hotel as tour operator within the meaning of § 2 para. 7 PRG and payments are collected in the name and for the account of the respective hotel. A travel agency contract is concluded between the tourism associations Kitzbühel Tourismus, Kirchberg-Brixen-Westendorf and St. Johann in Tirol and the guest free of charge for the guest.
