Since 1985, this restaurant stands for real pleasure, regional authentic food and creative delicacies... Already when entering, the eye can get stuck on one or the other rarity: from the water buffalo to the marmot, everything is there. Especially in winter, the crackling fireplace spreads a special magic and makes everything seem even cozier.
The home cooking, which is served in cast-iron pans, has shaped the name "s`Pfandl" from the beginning. The freshness of the products used is an absolute matter of course for the team. Regional and seasonal specialties are processed just as lovingly. The rustic skewers are peppered with optional fillet of beef and turkey breast, and the veal shank is also a fixed part of the menu. There is also a constantly changing recommended menu of regional and international specialties. The wine cellar is not only used for the storage of fine wines, but also invites to a cozy get-together.
