ZUMA was founded by chef Rainer Becker in London in 2002 and offers its guests Japanese cuisine of the highest quality. The ZUMA kitchen consists essentially of three different components: the main kitchen with a selection of contemporary dishes, the sushi bar and the robata grill. Inspired by the great success of the fine dining concept.
ZUMA restaurants have since been opened in world metropolises such as Hong Kong, Dubai, New York, Rome and Istanbul. From December, the ZUMA stops in Kitzbühel and will inspire its guests as a pop up restaurant in the 5 - star Hotel Weisses Rössl. A timely reservation is strongly recommended!
