The extensive Kitzbuehel ski area extends over two provinces and 7 municipalities. 54 cable cars and lifts commute high above the world-famous ski resort on the summit to 2,000 meters above sea level. 179 km of best prepared slopes and 36 km of ski routes are on the piste map. 56 romantic huts invite you to stop.

The Streif is the most famous ski-run in the world. The Hahnenkamm downhill is the slope that every skier wants to tackle.

Also, the average winter temperature on the Hahnenkamm has been getting colder for more than 20 years! This is confirmed by the official weather data of the Republic of Austria (ZAMG).
